The Excavation Process

I am so excited that you have taken the first steps toward honoring your uniqueness. The most important thing to remember is that you have all the answers inside of you; it's my job to help you find them. The way we do this is by asking lots of questions. Let's talk about how we will move forward in the excavation process.

First Step:
Complete the contact me form to schedule your free sample session.

Second Step:
If after your sample session you feel that my coaching style is a good fit for you; complete the Coaching Agreement. This form provides me with important information about you. It also, outlines session times, dates and fees. Confirm payment option and make payment prior to each session.

Third Step:
In order for me to understand where you are in the excavation process, it is important to complete a session prep form prior to each scheduled coaching session. This form should be completed at least twenty-four hours prior to our scheduled call.

Fourth Step:
On the agreed upon time and date of your coaching session you will contact me at 814-781-1626. You are responsible for all long distance tolls. All calls will last approximately forty-five minutes. Emergency contacts either via telephone or email will be at no additional charge and limited to ten minutes.

Fifth Step:
Believe in yourself. Come to all calls with an open mind and heart. Be willing to take a risk and you will be rewarded with the greatness of you! Commit to taking the action steps that we identify in each call and you will be living the life you were designed to live!!
